WHERE IT ALL BEGAN
Our ambition in creating Union XV gin was the idea to combine two passions – gin and the great game of rugby union. Rugby is a sport that embodies both passion and friendship, and it was our dream to bottle that spirit, and the concept of Union XV gin was born.
We wanted to create a gin that was different - one that was inspired by iconic botanicals from many of the popular rugby loving nations around the world, thus providing the opportunity to link people and place in union. A global gin with a local twist.
Since the pandemic in 2020, we have seen how important it is for people to be connected to each other, and so with this wider connotation of union, it broadened Union XV’s ethos into a gin that embodies
